All visitors to Dixieland accept the following terms and conditions of fishing at Dixieland:

  • Dixieland is a working farm and is remote from roads and emergency assistance.
  • Vehicles must only be used on established tracks and driven at low speed.
  • Four wheel drive only in wet, snow, or frosty conditions.
  • Insurance is the responsibility of visitors.
  • There is only sporadic mobile phone coverage. It is the visitors responsibility to establish signal hot spots.
  • Visitors must carry a first aid kit.
  • No shooting.
  • Fly fishing tackle only to be brought onto the farm.
  • Catch and release only.
